What's It About?
Slaine is a huge sexy Scots warrior type the likes of which can be found in the pages of 2000AD (the galaxy's greatest comic). Given my penchant for Scotsmen of the large variety coupled with my spending time sorting through comics today it comes as no surprise I felt the need to draw the axe-wielding one.
Technical Wizardry
2H & 2B pencils on Muji sketchpad. Photographed & low watercolour filter added in PS, plus hefty colour correction due to photo being taken with my mobile in a dark room.
